Shipping Time:

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed. All orders are hand made to every order.

United Kingdom - 3-7 business days.

USA and Canada - 5-11 business days. 

The European Union - 7-14 business days.

Australia - 5-11 business days.

Southeast Asia - 5-14 business days.

Other Countries - 5-28 business days.

Cara Julia is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or stolen once it has been dispatched. Please make sure your shipping details are correct before checking out.

 

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns on new and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Please email at cara@carajulia.com for assistance.
